Welcome to Ubac! This cozy and rustic villa lies at a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.The one-storey villa with a size of 180m2 counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is fitted with two single beds; while the others count with double beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms, one in each bedroom, all of them with shower cabin and bathtub.The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book,watching television (Satellite TV) or your own films on the DVD player. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a rustic wooden table is the right place for having meals and sharing time with your family. The open plan kitchen has everything you may need to cook during your holiday: coffee machine, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen appliances and refrigerator with freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is parking space for 2 cars outside the house but in the plot, even though, this space is not covered.The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden area. The terrace with a size of 50 m2 is furnished with a table and seats for up to 6 persons. The lawn area measures about 100 m2 and invites you to bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers. The private pool has a size of 4 meters x 9 meters. The house is located in an urbanization. There are direct neighbors, but the house and its installations are private. The urbanization where the house is located is called Crestatx and it is only 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close, only 10.6 km far. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença. The villa Ubac offers a home away from home, with a rustic flair but very cozy at the same time in one of the nicest and most peaceful zones of Mallorca.
