The nearest beaches and the beach with renowned medicinal mud in Kilmno is reachable by car. Do visit the picturesque coastal towns Vrbnik, Dobrinj, Krk and Baska, where a lot of cultural and entertaining leisure time activities take place in summer. There are cycling trails and a ski lift for wakeboarding for the adventurous holidaymakers on the Island of Krk. You can also join a diving course. The Island of Krk is also known as the Golden Island as it is the largest and the most frequented island in Croatia. The cities, Krk and Baska are popular tourist destinations with attractive beaches. You can enjoy the various monuments, good food and the hospitality of the people. Many places in this region offer international and local food specialities and the climate on the Island of Krk is very pleasant.
