This enchanting apartment, located on the ground floor of a new building, is in the heart of San Zeno, one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city. The whole apartment, even if it has been decorated in a modern style, it is characterized by a wooden celling beams ,which creates a welcoming atmosphere.
It has an independent entrance that leads directly into the living room where you can find the sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed, the Tv area and an elegant table with 6 red chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a double bed, two nightstands , a wardrobe and a drawer pedestals. And a second bedroom with two single beds, a nightstand and a wardrobe.The elegant and modern bathroom, has a large shower and the washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning, dishwasher, hairdryer and Wi-fi.

The apartment is located in an old neighborhood, rich in art and history, called San Zeno, derived from the name of the Patron Saint of Verona. In the heart of this neighborhood, you can find charming local restaurants, shops and workshops. With a walk of about 15 minutes you can reach Castelvecchio, Arena and other important sites. If you prefer to use public transports, close to the apartment, there are several bus stops that lead to all the main attractions of Verona.
The area is full of trendy bars, wine bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a cappuccino or a good Italian wine in the main square of the Basilica of San Zeno.
