Amidst an acre of gardens, it has a Victorian decor with solid wooden floors, spiral staircases, fireplaces and large bay windows. The property offers five spacious rooms that marry tradition with modern comforts. Each room is furnished with period furniture including exquisitely carved beds.
Every unit has an independent entrance and two separate sit-outs that offer a view of the magnificent Dhauladhars.
Keeping synergy with nature, the villa was constructed with granite stone found in-situ. The interior is plastered with a traditional mud-plaster made from pine needles and clay, which helps keep the house insulated.
