This amazing villa has a gorgeous ocean view from upstairs and is located in the upscale area of Malmok. It is only steps away from beautiful Boca Catalina Beach! The crystal clear and calm water make this an ideal location for swimming and snorkeling….and the Aruban sunsets from this beach are beyond spectacular! This villa is conveniently located a short 5 minute drive to the high rise hotel area, restaurants, casinos, supermarkets and night life.
Our Garden Villa is named for it’s lush, meticulously maintained, beautiful tropical gardens, which includes a stunning variety of palm trees for that authentic island atmosphere! Our large fenced property has a private pool, a gazebo, a covered patio with an outdoor dining room and living room, a gas BBQ grill and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. The entire backyard, including the pool area, the patio area and the gazebo has lights for evening enjoyment.
Our lovely villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is located upstairs off the spacious, wrap-around balcony, which is accessed from the patio. It has a King size bed and a beautiful ocean view! Since the balcony is accessed from the patio, the panoramic view can be enjoyed by all the guests. The kitchen and the 2 guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bedroom off the pool is like a second master with a King size bed. The third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. Our house comfortably sleeps 8 people. The granite kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, It comes complete with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. The kitchen and each bedroom has its own air conditioner and TV. The house also has internet, cable, alarm system and a safe in each bedroom.
As we are located only a few steps from Boca Catalina beach, we provide beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for our guests to take to the beach!
Please note we are selling our Christmas week and New Year week as two separate weeks or both together. Christmas week from the 20/21st – 28th/29th December and New Years week from the 28th/29th Dec – 3/4th January. We will not be accepting check-ins on the 25th , 26th December or the 1st of January.
