This 7 bedroom villa is large, modern with Thai adornments and has a large pool perfect for experiencing Pattaya in luxury. Located in central Pattaya it puts you within arms reach of all of Pattaya's offerings. If you are a large family or group of friends this is the villa for you.
The space
The highlight of the villa is the lounge seating and outdoor pool. The cushioned deck chairs are great for sunbathing or reading a book. There is an outdoor table and chairs where you could dine al fresco. The large private pool has a shallow section perfect for young children as well as a deeper section. The garden/pool area has surrounding trees which keep the area private.
After a long day of adventuring there is no place better to relax on than the massive couch seating in the living room with a large flat screen TV to keep you entertained. A bar area and granite dining table lies next to the living room. The modern kitchen is stocked has all the appliances and kitchenware/utensils you need to make a great home cooked meal. At the top of the stairs is a pool table and a balcony.
The villa has ensuite bedrooms all with air conditioning, ceiling fans and mini fridges. The bedrooms have seating and desk spaces with flat screen TVs. The attached bathrooms all have rain showers, toilets and sinks.
The neighborhood
Being in such a central location in the Thepprasit area you will be 5-10 minutes away from both Jomtien and Pattaya beach, Walking Street, Central Festival and an abundance of both Asian and Western restaurants.
