It has a balcony and a large covered terrace with a gas grill, table and chairs for relaxing and outdoor dining. Also available is a comfortable underground car park with a reserved parking spot for the guests. For shopping, a large shopping center is only 2.7 km away and another shopping center is directly in front of the building (about 100 m). In the same building are IRO192 and IRO193. The location is ideal to easily reach the center of the capital (about 10 km), public transport stops directly in front of the house (bus no. 351 every 15 min to the subway terminal B1 - Piazzale Jonio, from where all the important railway stations and the destinations of the city center can be reached). For those who wish to alternate between visits of museums and excursions to nature, the nearby GRA (3 km) offers the possibility to travel easily by car to visit the many tourist destinations of the province of Rome and the province of Latium, such as Tivoli with the beautiful Villa D'Este (31 km), the thermal baths of Roma - Acque Abule (20 km), the Castelli Romani such as Frascati, Grottaferrata, Marino (where in the summer numerous gastronomic festivals are organized) are within a radius of about 30 km. Albano and Castel Gandolfo with their lake are about 35 km and the beautiful Lago di Bracciano is only 33 km away. For a trip to the beach, Ostia and the Lido of Ostia is about 50 km away. Check-in from Monday to Saturday strictly within 6.00 pm. Reception available from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 8.30 am to 1 pm; for Saturday arrivals from 1 to 6 pm please call the key holder. Reception not available on Sundays; check-in can take place only if communicated by e-mail 7 days before arrival. In all cases, if guests expect to arrive after 6 pm, it is required to inform the owner in fair advance, otherwise the presence of on site staff won’t be guaranteed; arrivals after 6 pm must be agreed upon and will imply an extra fee to be paid directly at check-in.
