The loft is located on the ground floor of the house, you go directly into the old town of Linz.
There is a comfortable double bed and another bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, separated from the loft.
At the bottom is a small courtyard where you can rest
You can go on boat trips or walk in the hills that border the Rhine Valley. Close by you have many fine art museums in Rolandseck, Bonn or even Cologne.
If you want to do cycling, there is, at 50m from the house a shop, where you can rent bikes at any terrain or electric bikes.
To eat, there are many restaurants in the old town.
To get to the station, it takes you for a 7-minute hike,
to reach the edge of the rhine, it's the same distance. From there you can take the train to Koblenz or Cologne (around 40 minutes to the center) or go to Bonn with the boat.
