In Schönecken, you will find the ruins of a castle, a chapel, a museum of crafts and many beautiful educational forest paths which allow you to familiarise yourself with the beautiful forests and the biodiversity of the region. Beautiful hiking trails lead to the ruins of the castle. There is also a beautiful church in the area. On fine, clear days the castle offers a phenomenal view of its surroundings.
