The property is built over two main levels and has been renovated respecting the original structure and features of the building. The property offers a beautiful sea view from every corner of the house. On the ground floor there is a cosy eat in ' kitchen and living area that has direct access to a lovely terrace, which is covered by a pergola, ideal for outdoor dining during the hottest hours of the day. On the first floor is the main bedroom and bathroom and a second sleeping area (on the mezzanine) can be reached via a wooden ladder. Please note the fireplace in the accommodation is only decorative. The property is reached via a dirt access road (1.5 km), which should be driven in rainy weather only by cars with all-wheel drive. Not far from your holiday accommodation, in about 4 km distance, is the medieval village of Castellabate (Unesco World Heritage Site). Here you will find sandy beaches and equipped beach resorts which are ideal for families.
