There are two bedrooms with comfortable super king size beds, one bathroom, and one toilet room. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

It comes with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, plenty of books, the ideal place to relax after a long day exploring Londo. The kitchen is located in a separate room adjacent to the living area and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests. Both bedrooms come with super king size beds, big windows, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is clean and neat and features a bathtub. There is also a toilet room for guests added convenience when travelling in a group. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The apartment can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you’ll need help locating it. This apartment requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
