Baan Chokdee is tucked into a peaceful spot and its 5 bedrooms are ideal for larger family groups or two families sharing together. Your tranquil surroundings mean relaxation is a given, but you will be just 300 metres from some smart eateries and only 1km from the welcoming Jomtien Beach. The villa has recently been refurbished. The interior decoration gives it a warm feel while your own salt water swimming pool and in-pool Jacuzzi are just waiting to cool you. There is an outdoor shower area and the pool has a small, stone elephant water feature gently spouting water This soothing sound is quite often the only one you will hear while sitting on the compact, raised terrace. This area contains a table and wicker furniture to seat 4 people. The marble floor blends with the terrace to create a calming place. Once inside the front door you step straight into the living space offering cooling air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Behind the comfortable lounge area there is a modern, fully-fitted kitchen space with a breakfast bar. More formal dinners can be served at the marble dining table. The five double bedrooms are all air-conditioned and sleep 10 people in total. They are nicely decorated and comfortable. Three of them have en-suite bathrooms with the two rear bedrooms sharing one bathroom. There is also one shared bathroom off the living area. Baan Chockdee is in a convenient position to get to Jomtien Beach just 1km away. Its many bars and restaurants along with the laid-back and inviting beach should make regular visits the norm. Major shopping malls and international supermarkets are under a 10 minute drive while the lively Pattaya city centre with its countless opportunities for shopping; eating, drinking and nightlife can be reached in 15 minutes. All in all, this villa is the perfect mix of peaceful surroundings and easy access to many amenities. Two areas at the front of the villa will receive lots of your time. The private swimming pool has an in-pool Jacuzzi, and there is a charming raised front terrace with seating for four. Of the five bedrooms, three have en-suite bathrooms. This includes the master suite with its appealing bathtub. The two rear bedrooms share one bathroom, and the larger of these contains a flat screen TV and large sofa. It also has a set of patio doors through which the outdoor shower and swimming pool are accessed. Your open plan living area consists of a lounge section with two large sofas facing the flat screen TV. The modern kitchen area provides everything required to serve snacks at the breakfast bar, or full meals at the marble dining table in your dining area. All areas have air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and Wi-Fi is also fully available. The calming atmosphere of this villa offers you privacy and quiet relaxation when you want it, but easy access to the busier parts of this popular area and its excellent facilities.
