Your private bungalow in a secured gated property of 1 acre with 2 swimming pools and basket ball/volley ball/tennis court. The bungalow has 1 bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan and the windows are protected with mosquito nets. You will need no air conditioning while the bungalow benefits from the shadow of the large mango trees. Kitchenette, sitting/dining room and a showerroom with toilet complete the interior. The bungalow benefits from a large covered terrace with view over the garden.
Your private tropical paradise is located in the most residential avenue of Bani only 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to the center of the town. Bani is not yet discovered by the tourists and has kept its authentic ambiance. On the end of your avenue arrive every morning the fisher boats and for a couple of pesos you choose your fresh dorade.
The shallow pool is ideal and safe for children while adults will enjoy the second large pool.
Near the pool you enjoy a tropical lounge bar with view over the 2 pools and a charming kiosk with dinner table for 10.
The private tennis court is lighted so you can play in the fresh tropical evenings. If you rather like the sea than tennis, our private skipper can bring you with his typical fisher boat in 20 minutes to unspoiled beaches with crystal clear water where you will meet no tourists but some local fishermen and pelicans.
The tropical garden of almost 1 acre is beautiful with palm,mango and almond trees and very safe for the children being completely fenced.

The guests will have access to the 2 swimming pools, the garden, the play ground for the children, the tennis court and the Tv family room.
With my staff I will be available to provide any assistance , recommendations or advise to discover the area. If required I can provide at extra cost a car with guide/driver and a fisher boat with skipper at the Marina of Las Salinas, 20 minutes drive from my home.

Among the many excursions you can enjoy in the area a must is a visit of Ocoabay, the only vineyard of the Caribbean at only 25 minutes drive from my villa.The capital Santo Domingo is only 30 minutes drive from your villa and you will be captivated by the old colonial area founded in 1496 by the youngest brother of Christopher Columbus.
Bani is considered as the cleanest town of the country and pleasant to walk with lots of tree-shaded parks. You will meet no tourists but very friendly Dominicans always willing to help you.
If you like boating the marina of Bani is only 25 minutes drive from your home and we can charter you a boat for deep sea fishing if you like.
At walking distance you find in the same Avenue where is located your bungalow all commodities like restaurants, super market, drugstore etc. And the nearest beach is only 1.5km from your bungalow at the end of the Avenue.
The center of the city is also at walking distance.
Regular bus trasportation to the capital cost only Us$5. Local taxis are very cheap and the numerous motor taxis even cheaper. If you wish we can provide at extra cost a car with reliable guide/driver.
