The villa is located in southern Attiki south of Athens center and close to Sunion, Lagonisi and Saronida towns. Peloponiese and the Corinth canal is an one hour drive. The sights of Attica are really a must see; you can visit the archaeological sites of Poseidon Temple Sunion (11 km) and Acropolis Athens(45 km).
Nicolas Megavilla is a very unique big villa one of the biggest villas in Europe with 20 bedrooms plus an additional studio apartment for handicap guests. We can accommodate up to 70 persons in a room sharing family facility, 8 of our rooms are large (30 to 35 Sq Mt) family suites, 4 master bedrooms, 4 junior bedrooms, 2 penthouse suites with 2 bed rooms each.
Our fenced and security gated estate garden 1s 8000 Sq Mt with 400 Palm trees and a fully landscaped estate offering very high security and privacy. It is absolutely safe for children as well, with a covered play ground by the pool side. For indoor fun we have Brunswick Centurion pool table and a ping-pong table.
Note there is an extra charge for Air Conditioning in the summer, and for heating in the winter seasons.
We are situated on the edge of Anavissos town approximately 1 Km from the town center so we are very close to all the shops and supermarkets,only 2.8 Km from the nearest beach. Our immediate neighborhood is a plantation of olive trees, pistachio trees, grape wine, with one very famous vineyard only 300 meters away with a great wine tasting show the "strofilia". Across the street from our gate there is on of the biggest bike park in southern Europe "local Bikes" with 2.1 Km track and all the required facilities one would desire .
The local beach(2 euro per person -transfer fee) has all kinds of water sport activities time to time a Luna park, archaeological sites and night clubs all within 5 to 30 minutes drive.
Nearest Airport: Athens international airport (30 kilometres, 25 minutes Drive)-free group Transfer(arrival-departure)!
Nearest Train Station: Athens airport express train (23 kilometres, 20 minutes drive)
Nearest Town: 1km, 2 minutes drive to Anavyssos town centre.

Nearest Pub/eatery: 1km, 2 minutes drive to Anavyssos town center and 3 minutes to Fokea Marina sea food tavernas.
