Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the most beautiful equipped beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from natural sources of fresh water and the particular white color of the sand. Moving further south, at about 30 km, we find beautiful pristine and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved out of limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Capuchin Latomies, such as also Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauties as well as landscape. Do not overlook Noto, the promenade with the Avola tonnara and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. Sicily is a land to be explored and its naturalistic and cultural beauties are treasures with which to fill one's gaze.
