Sirena is part of this 52 unit complex that is known for its ocean breezes and the tranquility of the night in this quiet newer neighborhood on the north end of town, where new restaurants and shops are flocking to meet the demand.

Sirena is literally serene in the night, where its residents can sleep at night away from the heavy traffic and night clubbers. Yet 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to famous 5th Avenue gives you the opportunity to be right in the thick of things when you want it.

Playa del Carmen is a walking town, it´s easy to walk everywhere, it´s flat and laid out well. However, taxis abound and are used by everyone. Just hail one off the Street. Taxis are part of a unión and have set rates by zones. 80% of the drivers speak english.
5th avenue is the place for tourist shopping –almost two miles long, from junk to high quality crafts.
There are two malls on the other side of the highway with grocery stores and cinemas.
There are also more grocery stores in town.
There are many nightclubs in Playa del Carmen most go from midnight till dawn.
