Welcome to our guesthouse! We are conveniently located in the center of Houston off I-10 and Shepherd. Downtown, the Galleria, the Medical Center, and the Heights are all within close proximity. Our guesthouse is cozy, but provides the luxury of an elegant hotel. The Guesthouse Our guesthouse is a curated space with unique art from local artists. Every room also has its own private bathroom, television, desk, ceiling fan, hair dryer, and full length mirror. A paved area is provided for parking. We allow a maximum 6 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles. The home is newly built from the ground up offering each person their own private room with their very own private bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest Access Guests will have private access to the entire guesthouse through a keyless entry door with a code. There is a main unit below the guesthouse where long term tenants reside. Driveway parking is reserved for the residents of the main house. ***Please note*** For the safety and security of our residents, guests and neighbors, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please be sure to provide the correct number of guests when booking the guesthouse. Come visit us soon!

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. ,If all house rules are observed, and no damage is done, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
