Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. I hope that guests will respect the apartment, the environment and the surrounding nature with love. Please do not accommodate any extra guests into the apartment without permission. This is a no smoking apartment. You may smoke outside on the terrace. ,Do not use the apartment for parties: this is a tranquil neighbourhood and best suited to couples, families and friends who want to enjoy nature and a peaceful break. ,Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 8am, especially on the terrace. ,All toilet paper and disposable wipe must go in the bathroom bin and not in the toilet: the sewage system here in Tenerife cannot handle paper waste. ,Please keep your set of keys safe. There will be a charge of 20€ if you lose them to cover the cost of replacements. And last, but not least, enjoy yourself!
