Welcome home to your luxurious private and quiet home while being close to everything Charlotte has to offer. This newly renovated home in one of the most convenient & sought after locations in all of Charlotte. Superb restaurants, bars & entertainment options are within walking distance. If venturing away from your home is on the agenda, Uptown, SouthPark & Myers Park are only a short drive or Uber away. The perfect home to watch the sunrise peak through the windows with a cup of coffee.
The Space:
The home was fully renovated at the beginning of 2017 to provide our guests with all of the modern amenities within a shabby-chic design. No detail was spared to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay at their temporary home.
The space has a large open layout with numerous windows allowing for lots of natural light. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and laundry room that you will have full access to. The second bedroom is a bit small but still able to fit a queen sized bed comfortably.
We paid homage to the homes shabby-chic design with our decorations and furnishings. The space has new furniture including a couch, chair, bar stools, two memory foam queen sized beds, two TVs and a washer/dryer.
The space is hooked up with an Apple TV and a Roku that provide multiple entertainment options. DirecTV Now is great for live TV, Hulu is ideal for network shows, Netflix has lots of movies and show & Pandora has lots of music options.
Guests staying at our condo will be only minutes away from Uptown Charlotte and highways.
There is a dedicated parking in the driveway and also parking on the street.

Guests will have their own private entrance to the space and a shared backyard.

We live and work nearby and are happy to interact as little or as much with our guests as they please.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the popular Park Road entertainment district and close to all amenities one could need.
A few footsteps from the home, you will find a craft beer enthusiasts paradise in Brawley's Beverage. They have a great outdoor seating area and even special non-alcoholic brews for your four-legged friends.
Also within footsteps in Pasta & Provisions which is a Italian market & deli with great pastas and entrees that you can take home to bake or eat in their serene outdoor patio. Great selection of wine as well.
A block over you will find Viva Chicken, a Peruvian chicken inspired restaurant, that is popular with Charlotteans and bound to please your tastebuds.
For more fun and excitement all you need to do is cross Park Road, the street gets busy so be careful, and venture over to either Montford Drive or Park Road Shopping Complex. There you will find a great variety of options including a foodies dream (Good Food on Montford, Co & Cantina 1511), good bars (Duckworth's, Brazwells & Sir Eds) and a bowling alley with surprisingly good food (Ten Park Lanes).
Nearby you will also find multiple grocery stores (Harris Teeter), beverage shops (ABC Store & Total Wine) & a hardware store.
If you want to venture out and explore the city a bit, then you are in luck as we are very centrally located. Within a short drive, you will find the popular neighborhoods of Myers Park, South Park, Dilworth, South End and Quail Hollow. Uptown Charlotte is only 10 minutes away and the airport is about 15 minutes away.
Shopping can be found at many of the local boutiques on Park Road or at the high-end SouthPark Mall which is only a few miles away.
Quail Hollow Country Club, home of the 2017 PGA Championship, is also nearby.

While there are some public transportation and dining options within walking distance, we do recommend bringing a vehicle or using services like Uber.
Other Things to Note:
We are baby and toddler friendly and can provide a pack-n-play if you would like to bring your little ones.
We and the neighborhood are extremely pet friendly and strongly encourage you to bring your four-legged friends along. There is no extra charge to bring your pet but please just let us know ahead of time and make sure to clean up any mess that is created.
