The house is located in a central area of Limassol 15 minutes walk to the seafront and the old town. It is a small street with residences only. The house is on 3 semi levels. The tenant(s) will have the use of a private bathroom with toilet (which are not ensuite). Otherwise the tennant will share all the other spaces in the house house. The house has a spacious sauna, some gym equipment, and a swimming pool in the garden which is reachable from the 2nd living room (the swimming pool is covered, and heated in spring and autumn time. It can be used in winter as well as it is enclosed with glass doors). The sauna, swimming pool and gym equipment are used free of charge. The house is furnished in a contemporary style. It has two sitting rooms hence if the tenant wish privacy can have it. The house is centrally heated but also has a fire place which is burning in winter evenings. The room is centrally heated it has a double bed
2 xmtrs and also has an a/c. There is a roof/terrace garden with furniture. On the ground floor there is a yard with furnishings and barbeque. Also there is a covered patio with an outside heater which is ideal for use round the year. The house is a non smoking house but the covered patio with the heater is available for someone if wishes to smoke. The owner leaves in the House , is an animal lover and has one cat and one medioum size dog that come inside the house but not in the bedrooms.
Check in/check out are flexible to meet the tenant's flights times. The owner will pick up the guest from limassol's (airport bus station) and transport her to the house free of charge but without an obligation to do so if the times are not convenient. smoking only outside or in the semi closed covered deck patio

The owner lives in the house. The house has 2-3 different sitting rooms if the guest wishes some privacy. The house and area are very quiet. The owner is very easy going, outgoing and always willing to help and show around the city and the rest of the island to the guest staying in the house
