Villa is surrounded by the historic gems of Italian culture - Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca, Siena and, of course, Florence. It is also at the heart of Truffle World, and you can sup on the delectable tubers to your heart’s content in a little, hidden, medieval town, way off the tourist track. If you love classy sparkle, one of the enchanting local towns produces 15% of the world’s crystal glassware and art. Alabaster too, is worked in an Etruscan city close by. The glitterati of the Italian renaissance were born or lived in the area, ancient festivals are celebrated, and there are festivals, music, theatre, opera and markets. And shopaholics are fabulously catered for - with three designer outlet villages are within striking distance.

Here, at the heart of a great tradition of exemplary food and wine we can arrange tastings of local specialities and wines - and in addition can organise a chef to cook lunch or dinner, or to give cookery courses. In addition we can provide cleaners, baby-sitting and a host of other services including taxis, buses or mini-vans, and there is always someone on hand for emergencies or assistance. There are mountain bikes for hire. We have four cots. We are happy to arrange weddings, and can provide outdoor seating for up to 50 people.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
