The apartment is located in Žnjan, one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Split. The location is perfect for beach lovers because the beach is just a short walk away. The city centre is about 40 min. away on foot or 10 min by car. Public transport station is a minute away from the apartment. Two private parking places are located at the front of the building (space no.12 and 13).
The apartment itself is located on the first floor of a new building, with a sea view balcony. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It features a fully equipped kitchen with an island, including an oven and a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove-top, fridge with a freezer, kitchenware, and dishes.
Dining and living room areas are spacious with an open-space layout and a comfortable stretch-out sofa. The apartment has two bathrooms- one of them features a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. Main bedroom with a king size bed and tv and another bedroom with two wide one-person beds. Both bedrooms have a lot of storage space for luggage and clothes.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
