The owner who owns part of the property through his exclusive access is a single lady of more than 84 years who will never use Pool and Outdoor and you will probably not even notice his presence.
A private and well-kept park of 2000 square meters is the strength of the residence. The park is completely enclosed and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes an extremely safe area for children. The 33 square meters pool and its sun loungers and sun loungers will be your exclusive use as the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square meter gazebo is used as a relaxing and shaded area for the pool area. The main gazebo of the property is 30sqm, located in the immediate vicinity of the house entrance, but also of the large masonry barbecue, featuring a majestic travertine table where up to 12 seats can be set up; under the large gazebo you will also find great baroque sofa at your disposal to relax while admiring the unforgettable panorama given by the sunset on Montecarlo hill.
