** Famous ChurchSt / Toorak Rd are a 5 minute walk - there is loads of restaurants/pubs and the nightlife is vibrant
** Lovely park behind the building is ideal for evening & morning strolls.
** One of the largest supermarkets in Melbourne (Woolworth) is just a 5 minute walk
** Tram 78 is 100 m from the building and just one stop from East Richmond station (Station is 700 metres away).
** MCG / AAMI Park are 15 minutes by tram
** Bridge Road is 10 minutes by tram 78
** Toorak road is 5 minutes away by Tram 78 and Church street is walking distance.
** CBD is 20 minutes away by train / tram
For food lovers, the following options are superb...
**Tivoli Road is such a nice street, pretty quiet with all the trees.
**Tivoli Road bakery on the corner has amazing pies & sandwiches & sourdough bread - bit on the pricey side but very good.
**Verve Cafe, just near the lights off Tivoli Road is a gorgeous cafe and the owner is a great guy
**The Woolworths in Vogue plaza is excellent, great location & with Big W upstairs, it's so handy.
**Burch & Purchese is an amazing dessert bar on Church St, just opposite Vogue Plaza, Darren & his team do yummy deserts & sweets.
**LuxBite along Toorak Road is another great dessert place, their infamous Lolly Cake featured on Masterchef a few years ago.
Getting Around:
Tram number 78 is 50 metres from the building. This tram will take you to Richmond Station which is 700 metres away. Richmond Station is 5 minutes from the CBD (Paris end of Melbourne / Flinders st station)
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the building's water is heated overnight - so please be judicous in hot water use.
Residential Purposes Only - Strictly NO Parties or Loud Music Permitted. Building Management imposes a $1000 fine for infringements.
