It is our goal and desire to make your Costa Rica vacation most memorable and enjoyable. We are a small tropical oasis only one mile from the Pacific Ocean. Villas Adele is a Bed and Breakfast located only 5 minutes from the quaint town of Playa Hermosa, in the Province of Puntarenas in the Central Pacific.
We are less than a 15 minute drive to the busy town of Jaco, where you can find all the shopping, dining and night-life you desire. Taxis are very affordable and readily available. Jaco is the commercial center of the Central Pacific, and has everything you need. Playa Hermosa is world-wideknown for it's consistent and challenging surfs. The small beach town of Hermosa is hosting some of the biggest surf competitions in the world and offers miles of unspoiled blue flagged beaches, and to romance the mood , the most breathtaking sunsets on earth!

Our Villas
The 2 villas are surrounded by tropical gardens that provide privacy and tranquility and a big private pool. These vacation units are totally self-contained and detached from the main house. We rent them out by the day, by the week and also by the month. They are very spacious and designed in a way that lets you maximize the tropical experience.
We welcome singles, couples, Honeymooners and families. For larger Families and groups we suggest renting both Villas. This will accommodate up to 8 people. Each Villa has a living room area, a big bedroom area with a Queen size bed (posturepedic mattress) and a full 3-piece bathroom with tiled shower. These Villas are perfect for two but easily sleep three or four. There also is a huge covered outdoor living space which is equipped with a generous cooking facility (includes dishes, pots and pans) and after a busy day wind-down in your own tropical space. Go for a dip in the pool or just sit and relax and listen to the ocean.

Your hosts Adele and Frank have traveled Costa Rica extensively and know first-hand what it takes to make sure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is our home, and it's our mission to help you feel at home too! We speak English, German and are working on our Spanish.
Frank
I was born in Switzerland where I spent the first 20 years of my life. At the age of 20 I moved to Canada and tried my hand at many different things from farming, long-haul trucking to managing large cattle ranches and finally designing and building period style furniture, specializing mainly in mission style and arts and crafts style.
Adele
I was born in Humboldt Saskatchewan, Canada and have a European background as well. In my younger years I had a carrier with a phone company and after they downsized in 1994 I started driving school bus. I have driven children to and from school for 15 years and know all about driving in snow and extreme cold.
Frank and I met in 2001 in Lacombe, Alberta. Both of us called Lacombe home at the time. Soon after we met we got married and pursued our individual careers. While dealing with long and hard Canadian winters we shared one big dream; to live in a tropical country and to get away from Canadian winters. In 2008 we seriously started looking at property in Costa Rica. While traveling extensively 2 things stood out.

In 2011 Frank and I decided to make the big move from Canada to Costa Rica. Since we are not in a position that would allow us to move to Costa Rica and retire. To create some income we decided to start a B&B; and offer our guests the kind of accommodation that is hard to find. Villas Adele fits the bill

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
