7) Any damage or loss in property or of personal belongings shall be borne by the guest. We are not be liable for any loss of the kind.
Cancellation Polices:
1) More than 60 days from check in date, 100% refund,
Between 30 - 60 days from check in date, 50% refund,
Below 30 days from check in date, No Refund.
2) No Refund for the December and January Bookings.
