Second floor two bed apartment that sleeps 5 using a very large sofa. The apartment is totally renovated to the highest standard. Apartment is on two floors, down stairs is a very large lounge and a American style kitchen with all new appliances. The lounge has a very large chase long sofa, large wide screen Tv with English channels and Nexflix, Wi-fi is also in the apartment. There is a terrace off the lounge for your morning coffee. Upstairs are the two very nice bedrooms, one is the master with a double bed, the other has two single beds. Off the master bedroom there is also a small terrace. The beautifully equipped bathroom has a large shower, the washing machine is also located in it. The air conditioning is on a Pay as You Go Coin Meter. A central communal swimming pool serves the development which also has downstairs a bar and small supermarket that is open from May to December. The beach is a small walk away where there are many bars and restaurants. The La Zenia boulevard is also a relatively short walk away again containing many bars, restaurants and 120 shops, with children always take a towel as they will want to run in the water shoots.
