In the midst of 120acres of thick wooded mango orchards, we have constructed a quaint, farm house on 1 acre land. The cottage is located right next to a river.

An extremely tastefully done villa complete with all modern amenities, like air-conditioner, bath-tub and a fully quipped kitchen. Our little villa is the perfect haven for catching up on some peace, solitude, fresh air and peace of mind. All this, barely 100 kms from Mumbai.

The place changes colours and character with each season. Visit us in monsoon for the lush greens, fresh forest smells, and gurgling river that is safe even in monsoon to play in. In summer, the entire place explodes with the sweet smell of mangoes.

Our farm attracts a splendid variety of birds. For nature lovers, enjoy some 'green' therapy. Take innumerable walks /treks around the property and swim in the river or even have a family barbecue with a group of friends or just sit back and read and listen to nature.

Its perfect place to introduce your kids to nature whilst having all the modern amenities that they are used to. We welcome pets on our property.

The picture is complete with some lovely local food specialities prepared by the house chef with true village elegance.

We have a large bedroom (20*30 ft) and a large living room (30*25 ft). We have bedding arrangements for upto 10 persons. Tariff includes meals.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

Hi, we loved the site. Initially, we were thinking it's overrated, but when we reached the site we realized we haven't seen a better bungalow. This property, as we believe, has been made with heart and not just to earn money but to give an amazing time in the midst of nature to its visitors. Cleanliness was somewhat of an issue as the floors weren't clean (due to a chemical cleanup is done by the owner) and the beds were dusty. We plead the owners to pay a little attention to the mattresses and blankets etc as they didn't seem washed.
