The chalet is a stone's throw from some of the area's best eateries and traditional Japanese-style thermal spas (onsens).About Location:Right on the edge of Hirafu's middle village, Chalet Seshu is conveniently located a short stroll from some of its main dining and entertainment venues. Yet, despite its central location, the chalet's quiet surroundings are predominantly residential.Hirafu's classy wooden cabins are interspersed with edgy concrete architecture, specifically designed to withstand the harshest of Hokkaido's winters. The village is at its most charming at night when the variety of restaurants attracts visitors from across the wider Niseko area and from as far away as Kutchan.Speaking of restaurants, Chalet Seshu is literally a stone's throw from Hirafu's best eateries, including Steak Rosso Rosso and Ebisutei. Bar Gyu – famous for its fridge door entrance and spiced wine – is a mere 50m walk from the chalet.During the winter season, the slopes of Mount Annupuri offer night-time skiing and are often lit up, thus providing a romantic backdrop for the whole village. The Grand Hirafu Ski Gondola is 1km away and can easily be reached by foot, although an on-call driver is available during the day to get you to and from the gondola, or anywhere else in the village.
