The USP of the homestay reflects in the offer of specially handmade sun dried pure china hybrid teas which results in social rituals amongst the connoisseurs. A visit to the homestay is exciting at any time of the year but the best season to experience the life in the tea gardens are between March to June and Sep to Nov.
The homestay is a new residential complex for home-stay guests and tourists. It is on the beautiful canal bank near Cullen Bridge, Sea-View Ward, Alleppey, within only 5 minutes walking distance from the beautiful beach of Alleppey. The homestay is a Tourism oriented residential unit, housing four self-contained and independent air-conditioned Luxury Suite Rooms, with attached Dressing Room and Toilet, with additional built-in Bay-Windows and Balcony for rooms. The suite rooms are all well furnished. Our Villa is also registered with the Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala under the Gold Category.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
