This One bedroom condo accomodates 4-6 people and will surely make your stay one of your most memorable. It has all the amenities of a city living surrounded by the breathtaking view of the Hamilo Coast and the nearby mountains.
This unit is complete with a bedroom, toilet , bidet, Hot and Cold Shower including bath towels, and other toiletries , Hair Dryer, 40 inch LCD TV Panel with Home Theatre, Cable TV and DVD player, Balcony with 6- seater Outdoor dining set, additional sofa bed and a mini bar. Although the resort's food and beverage lineup is affordable, this place is equipped with a complete kitchen including a 7 cubic inch refrigerator, microwave, electric water kettle, toaster, stove top, hood range and rice cooker. It even has a complete dinnerware, cookware and utensils for 6 persons, so definitely cooking is allowed for those who wants to savor the rich taste of their own food. Room cleaning service is also included in the package rates. Laundry services are available with a minimal fee through my caretaker. However guest fees (per person) are NOT INCLUDED. Rates are as follows:
For Peak Season -P1300 for adults and P500 for kids (4-12y/o). For the Lean Season- P800 for adults and P300 for kids of the same age range as mentioned above. For both season categories, infants(0-3y/o) are Free.
Other amenities of the resort include free wifi at the beach and country club , swimming, kayaking, biking, tennis, hiking/nature trekking, diving, island hopping, snorkelling, jet ski,and other water sports.
Indoor activities include billiards and bowling, videoke, gym, spa, pingpong, Wii station, badminton, basketball, etc. The receptionist in the condominium's lobby will be most happy to assist you with regards to the booking of these activities as well as your other concerns. Parking is free.
General Information
This Exclusive Beauty is for Members only. Guests can stay in the Hotel ONLY if they are endorsed by a member. So why not stay in this beautiful condo unit and be part of this Private Club for even just a few days and have access to all it's amenities.
The most economical and popular route is by land from Manila via Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road. Public Transportation is available by riding a a bus from the Bus Terminal located in EDSA in Manila, which will bring you all the way to Nasugbu Town Proper Bus Terminal. However, there is no public vehicles from this point which will bring you to the Resort. My caretaker could fetch you and company from the Nasugbu Bus Terminal and bring you to the resort. The same thing on the day of your departure. She can fetch you and company from the resort and bring you and company back to the Nasugbu Bus Terminal. This costs Php 1000 per head to and from the resort. From the Bus terminal in Nasugbu, you could take a Bus back to Manila.
However, the most convenient way to go there is by private car or car/van for rent with driver . By this, you could make a stop-over anytime, anywhere which is very convenient for the guests. It will also save you time and make a side tour by dropping by Tagaytay City halfway to the resort and do some dining, sightseeing or just to freshen up with the cool mountain breeze. Details of Tagaytay will be mentioned later.
Another route is the Ternate-Nasugbu Rd which is faster and cuts your travel by 30 minutes.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. smoking is prohibited inside the unit and the balcony,Pls do not bring Condo Towels outside the unit since Beach Towels are provided in the Beach and Pool areas,Water from the faucet is not safe from drinking so pls bring your own bottled water,Grilling or Cooking in the balcony is prohibited. You can do thison the stovetops provided in the Kitchen,Cleanliness is maintained at all times inside the unit. As a courtesy to the next guest kindly wash and clean all utensils and cookware after use. Dispose garbage by using trashbags. Leave them outside the door to be picked up in the morning by housekeeping.
