My place is close to Lipno lake & Lipno village centre & Ski-areal Lipno. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor and indoor large space (private fenced garden), comfy beds, open plan kitchens, fireplace, spacious terrace with an outdoor sauna and 2 large balconies with a lake views = basically home from home.
My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets) and it's only 500m from the lake Lipno and 250m from the nearest ski-lift @ Lipno ski-areal.
All bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces are spacious and tastefully furnished. In the kitchen you will find all equipment for cooking or baking you will need. We also have a small play kitchinette for children to play while adults are cooking or chilling on the new comfortable sofa. We also offer some baby toys, books for children and adults and outside barbecue and play area for children with 2 swings and a slide.
Private parking for 4 cars inside the fenced garden, free parking for another 3 cars outside the property
Snow chains needed in Winter since the house is located on the hill.
The nearest ski-lift is located only 300m from the house and the lake for ice-skating and swimming in the summer only 500m from the house.
