The apartment is situated in the city centre of Nerja at only 300 meters from the beaches and the main attractions, i.e. Europe Balcony and Plaza de Los Cangrejos. It is located on the 5th floor of a building with lift and it has a direct sea view from the windows of the bedrooms and the living room, as well as from a large balcony. The entire apartment is very bright and both sunrise and sunset can be seen from the windows and the balcony. Both the two bedrooms and the leaving room have A/c-heating. There are one double room with memory foam mattress and pillows, and a single room with a second pull-out bed. Duvet for the winter will be provided. The bathroom comes with shower, bidet and cabinets. The living room offers a dining corner with table and chairs, confortable sofa, stereo system, Dvd player, and television with satellite included of Bbc channels. The kitchen is fully equipped also for long stays and comes with oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in a storage room. Wi-fi Optical Fiber 60mb Gratis. Both air conditioning and heating are available.
