Bright furnished studio of 25m² with loggia, ideally located at La Grande Motte (Allée du Vaccarès) 2 minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, near the wooded area of point zero, downtown district and in the center of all activities.
Is composed of:
- An entrance with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer, induction hob with 2 burners, microwave, sink, and cupboards),
- A living room with a folding wardrobe for 2 people (good bedding), a large sofa with chaise longue, 2 storage columns with wardrobe, a small wardrobe and a wall heater. A Samsung smart Tv is attached to an arm allowing you to watch Tv from the loggia, the sofa, the bed but also from the kitchen. Warning: There is no wifi but it is possible to use the smart Tv functions by tethering (very good 4g coverage).
- A bathroom with shower, sink, and Wc,
- A shaded loggia with table and chairs.
