The villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms,and it can sleep about 20 people comfortably ,it has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking gas, microwave , coffee maker, freezers, toaster, sandwich maker and barbecue/grill and one can cook if they want to or take the help of the in house cook/caretaker to cook meals,provided you get the groceries . there is enough lounge area for relaxation, a central courtyard, a barbecue area and is let out for corporate, and private parties, get-togethers, bachelorette parties, team building and bonding sessions, birthday parties and any other occasions to guests.
There are plenty of vegetarian /non-vegetarian restaurants, bars/wine stores, clubs/golf resorts just outside the gated community, and is well connected to the city by various modes of transport such as public buses. private cabs, airport taxis, and self-driven cars.
The villa also houses a Nepali caretaker to run errands and help in cooking/cleaning and making your stay pleasant, comfortable and happy.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. music volume has to be lowered down after 12 midnight, as it disturbs the neighbours. pets can be allowed after taken permission.
