Spacious fully independent apartments on foot of the golf course in one of the quietest areas of the urbanization of Roquetas de Mar. The apartments have an open and spacious terraces with unbeatable views of the Golf Course and its lagoon. These apartments have direct access to the swimming pool that is exclusive to our guests.
It has an apartment with 2 very large bedrooms, private terrace and all amenities, as well as living-dining room and kitchen equipped with all appliances including washing machine, oven, plates, microwave, fridge, etc.all our apartments have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Free Wifi available.
The distance to the quiet beach is approximately 750 mts, the distance to the Golf Club and restaurant Playa Serena are 400 mts. Tapas bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are just a 5 – 10 minute walk away.
It is a small and quiet complex overlooking the Golf Course with garden area, outdoor swimming pool with parasols and hammocks.
There is public parking on the same door of the apartments with room for guests for their convenience. For its location the access by vehicle is very comfortable both to arrive and to go out to make excursions to nearby places like the natural place of Punta Entinas, Almerimar, port and Castle of Roquetas de Mar, etc.…
The common areas are for the enjoyment and rest of the guests. They have a swimming pool and private garden area for the guests of the apartments

The area where we are is a quiet neighborhood of Chalets and private residences at the foot of the golf course, with a magnificent orientation that gives us sun.
In your own vehicle it is very easy to move when you have the possibility of parking at the door. Also walking you can easily access in 5-10 minutes different shops, bars, restaurants, etc. there is also public transport at about 600 meters.
Note that the orientation of the apartments to the south gives us many hours of light and sun, with excellent views of the golf course and its lagoon. The nights are very pleasant given the temperature
We supply towels and sheets. The change is every 5 days, if additional change is required please consult the cost. The cleaning service is not included so you should leave the apartment in the same state as you found it.
