A comfortable house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom,located in a family ground floor on the outskirts of Vodnjan.The house is quiet and peacefull and is an ideal location for expoloring Istria, Pula and Rovinj.
The house is rented entire year. There is a large open plan living room, dining and kitchen area with connecting doors room and bathrooms.
First bedroom has a large double (180*200 cm) bed, one single bed 90/200 cm with private toilet. Second bedroom has 2 x single Beds (90*200cm). All the bedrooms provide sufficient cupboard space for your things.
The main bathroom is modern and bright and has shower,washing machine. The kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher, coffe making facilities, kettle, toaster, fridge and everything you need for good cooking.
The dining room has a large dining table seating up to 6 people. The living room offers a plasma satelite tv, dvd, cd player, a well stocked library with German, English, Italian and Croatian books. The house is surrounded by 500 of olive trees and offers the perfect place to relax, closer to the house you will find a well stocked and coulorful garden.
There is a large covered terrace and bbq and grill area with additional seating for up to 6 people.
The house has big parking place for 4 vehicles.
Breakfast can be arranged and prepared for you, as we also have a traditional Istrian restaurant ( Private family restaurant )- (we products istrian ham,bacon and sausages)
The nearest beaches are Peroj and Fažana and both are less than three minutes (4km) away. The airport at Pula is a 15-minute drive away. The nearest grocery shop ismetres away, as are a petrol station and a café. Active guests can hire bicycles nearby. The location of the house is ideal for exploring the whole of Istria, with Pula 10km and Rovinj 20km away.
We will properly welcome our guests and give any needed information. After that guests have all privacy and can contact us at any time.
This is a very quiet neighborhood, where there are many houses, and all the beautiful manicured gardens, is considered part of the elite Vodnjana.
Bus and train is one of possibility to travel if quest want, and taxi come take the guests when they call .
The house is situated in the suburbs of Vodnjan.
Vodnjan is a small charming town with many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes, and outdoor life. You can sip cool beers and crisp dry white malvasia local wine or browse in the town market.
The focal point of the town is the Baroque church of St Blaise, well worth a visit as it contains great old master Italian paintings, antique items and relics. If you are in Vodnjan in August, you will be entertained by the traditional summer festival with all kinds of food stalls to sample from, local arts and crafts and music performances in town squares.
0,5 km away by car there is a local Supermarket and Bar. The center of Vodnjan is reachable by foot (10 min.). 5 min away by car is Fažana, 7 min Peroj, 15min. Barbariga with their beautiful beaches. From Fažana, you can catch a 10 min boat ride Fazana to the beautiful Brijuni islands national park with animals running freely .
There's also a highly acclaimed open air theatre 'ulysses' on the Brijuni islands. Medulin is jut 25 min away along with Premantura and the wonderful Rt.Kamenjak and a 18 hole Golf course. Our istrian 'capital of culture' ( Pula ) is just 12 min away by car. Here there's is a lot to see and experience. International stars have concerts in the Roman arena trough out the summer - like Seal, Leonard Cohen, Zucchero and many more. Also every year the Pula film festival attracts people from all over the world. There is the Pula airport just 15km away. The nearest bus stop is 15 min away by foot. We would recommend guests have a car.
To reach us, the easiest way is to take the "y" highway and get down at Vodnjan "nord" Then just follow the road until you get to the Fažana crossing. After that just look for a sign that says "Stancija Buršić- Pršutarna" and you should find us. .
