Villa Knossos is located in a small cul-de-sac of family villas in the quaint fishing village of Ayia Triada, just a 2 minute drive to the family orientated resort of Pernera with it's many bars and restuarants. Just 250m to the nearest beach and Golden Coast Harbour. The beauty spot of Sirina Bay with golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters is only a few minutes walk from the villa, perfect spot to relax and admire the view.

Upon entering the villa you find yourself in the open plan living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. TV and DVD player are provided (small number of DVD's) and FREE Wi-Fi.
Also on this level is a twin bedroom and opposite a guest cloak-room with shower facilities.
On the second level are two further bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin singles and a family bathroom.
On the third level you will find a large terraced area with fantastic sea views, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or sunbathing during the day.
There is a spacious private pool at the rear of the property with a number of sunbeds to enjoy the long hot sunny days. Around the villa is a large patio area to allow you to enjoy al fresco dining, complete with table, chairs and a fully fitted barbecue. There is also an off-road driveway/carport.

PERNERA
Situated on the northern outskirts of Protaras, is Pernera. A small coastal resort popular with couples and families seeking a holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Ideal for beach holidays, Pernera is less than 1km from three small sandy beaches that are quieter and less crowded than their shoreline counterparts in Protaras. The centre of Pernera has a selection of shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and a small but active harbour from where boat trips can be taken. Regular bus services are also available from the centre of the resort, offering transport to the livelier areas such as Protaras and Paralimni. There are many supermarkets dotted about for those who are in self catering accommodation. Car hire is not essential here as everything you need is within walking distance.
PROTARAS
Located on the south east coast of Cyprus you will find Protaras. This lively resort is a popular holiday destination that boasts a fabulous selection of beaches and splendid year round weather. Family orientated and popular with couples, Protaras offers a variety of hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manner of holidaymakers. The food is varied and of the highest standards and lowest prices.
Kapparis is also known for its gorgeous sandy beaches and sparkling Mediterranean blue seas. It hosts a couple of gorgeous beaches, Fireman's Beach and Malamos Beach. Both are perfect for families with young children, due to the water being shallow enough and the beach being very compact. Many water sports are available from inflatables to jet skis, or why not try your hand at snorkeling at one of the many coves in and around Kapparis.
