Nestled within the well-known gated community of "Tierra del Sol" at La Colina, located on the north side of the island. Our Luxury Villa is close to Arashi and Malmok beach. The Villa features expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and the California Lighthouse. It boasts the Tierra del Sol golf course, restaurant and spa all within walking distance of our front door. La Colina provides an ideal location for exploring Aruba. You're just a short drive from the bustling night life Aruba offers with endless things to do and see.
Our home has four bedrooms, four baths and a powder room. This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. Its an ideal vacation destination rental for groups of friends, and families seeking privacy and total comfort in this dreamy island paradise.
There is usually an on-site house keeper that lives at the premises in a separate building next to the main residence and by the pool area. She will perform basic house cleaning for the house every day.
There is also an ironing board and iron upon request for guests. Laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Please note this will not be included in the basic maid service.
The villa has an open floor plan and well appointed kitchen-and-dining area which features a table seating 10 guests and a luminous, fully equipped breakfast bar with additional seating. The spacious living room includes a large TV and sumptuous furnishings. The house is fully equipped with 6 burner stove top, wall oven and microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, BBQ, WiFi, big screen TV and more.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom with a spectacular view on the balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the California lighthouse. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and bathroom. On the main floor there are two additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's on bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin-size beds.
The villa is perfectly designed to create seamless transitions between its indoor and outdoor spaces. A lovely swimming pool, chaise lounges and a palapa for shade. Go ahead and fire up the grill for a delicious seafood barbeque, and gather around the outdoor dining table in the evening as cooler breezes blow.
