The window overlooks the beautiful and bustling city of Mumbai – you can take in the magnificent city sight be it day or night. A perfect place to chill out, work or play, the lounge caters to your any need of the hour.
The essentials like LED TVs, geysers, internet connectivity, cozy beds readily make it a wonderful dwell. There are toiletries available in the bathrooms and the kitchen is organized with important utensils and crockery.

Interaction with guests
Caretaker & chef is available at the property for your need, if you wish to have some delightful meal and snacks please feel free to tell about your requirement. he will prepare according to your taste & preference.
For Complimentary breakfast, you have to tell your choice of breakfast from menu card to caretaker a night before so he will prepare fresh in morning and serve you hygienic home cooked food.
For foreign clients please tell chef about your taste so he will prepare accordingly because breakfast that our chef serve is Indian breakfast according to Indian taste.
Other things to note
The 3 bedrooms have elegance and ambient lighting that lend a leisurely quality – they are also spacious and have window views. Perfect for sleeping or chilling out after a tiring day or even work – as this service apartment is ideal for business travelers, you will find the stay suiting your purpose.
Friendly: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 15 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 6 to 15 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Alcohol not allowed. Unmarried Couples not allowed. Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. Stags / All Male Groups not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. 1) If you are planning to have a party or be excessively noisy, please do not book to stay here. Having fun is fine but please remember it is a residential building & many who live here often work unusual hours & weekends. So please don't be too loud late at night. Please note : No visitors allowed except person staying in an apartment and mentioned in the itinerary, Kindly take permission from management for any visitor. 2) Guest have to Furnish ID Cards for address proof at a time of check In.
