The building is situated right next to the main road and has an independent entry and exit.
A Fully equipped kitchen with Water Purifier {RO(Reverse Osmosis System)}, Gas Stove (LPG), Induction Cook Top, Microwave Oven, Sandwich Maker, Hand Blender, Dinner Set, etc. Also included is a range of cooking utensils typically found in an Indian household.

Guest will have access to everything available in the apartment/building - TV, Wi-Fi, AC, fully equipped kitchen, Rooftop Terrace, Balcony, etc.
House Rules
1. Alcohol is allowed in the house but with decency.
2. Please don't play loud music or loud television which might trouble neighbours.
3. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony and on the roof terrace. Guests are requested to stub the cigarettes in the provided ashtrays.
4. Help us in conserving energy by switching off all equipment (such as AC, TV, etc.) when not in use
5. No extra person is allowed prior information to us as extra person will be charged additionally.
6. Please note the house cleaning time is between 08:30 am to 09:30 am as the maid comes in the morning only so kindly cooperate.
7. Any damage to the property will attract to additional charges.
