Most rooms at the villa are standalone, which provides lots of opportunity for the members of your group to separate and do what they like. Retreat in your room, lounge around the pool, hit the Jacuzzi, or perhaps watch some entertainment in the living room. As a true bonus, you will have access to a total of three kitchens: one main kitchen that occupies a whole building, and two smaller ones. In the main kitchen you will find everything you'd need for smooth meal preparation, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, and a kettle. There are five bedrooms for 9 persons at the villa, four with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. In addition, there are 3 pull out beds available so the house can accommodate up to 12 guests. Four of the bedrooms have TV units, and every bedroom either has its own or is placed near a bathroom. There are 5 bathrooms in total. The rental has two outdoor covered dining areas, each suitable for 4-6 people. Free Wi-Fi and daily maid service is included. The nearest beach, called Laem Set Beach, is mere 300 meters away from the gate-enclosed villa. Hua Tanon Village is a few minutes' ride away, and to Lamai Beach it is 5.6 km or 10-15 minutes by car.

Electricity Charges for 5BHK Villas and above: Electricity is free up to 100 units per day over this a charge of 7 baht per unit is made! Please save power and switch your air-conditioning off when not in use.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
