Mrs. Dona Vasco Pereira lived with her family in Germany for many years. Now she has fulfilled her dream of owning her own house in Portugal and rents out two nicely furnished apartments.
The Space:
The holiday apartment Casa Goretti is located on the top floor and consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bedroom with double bed and single bed (87 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the country to the Atlantic Ocean. Behind the house there is an outside staircase as a separate entrance to the apartment, as well as a garden with barbecue area. If you take a nice walk from here along the country lanes, you can reach the nearby beaches in a short time.
The Neighborhood:
Near Casal da Murta lies Praia da Areia Branca , a typical Portuguese seaside resort.
Fortunately, there are very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August there is still a lot going on on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim.
There is a lifeguard looking to the right and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer.
Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again. In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place. The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away.A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for 2 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption. For the 3rd and 4th person a supplement of 5 € per person and day will be charged. The prices are only valid for bookings of days or longer. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
