This is a completely renovated apartment with two bedrooms and panoramic view over the Tagus River and Lisbon. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, a complete kitchen, a living/dinning room, free wi-fi Internet and cable TV. All rooms have windows with an amazing view over Lisbon.
The Apartment has access to 1 free parking space available for our guests.
The apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon in the tradiocional neighbourhood of Graça, a previleged location in the city centre. Santa Apolónia Metro and Train Station its 800m from the apartment. In this neighbourhood you will find local shops, restaurants, theatres and museums.
You can enjoy the amazing Lisbon view from the apartment or from the famous viewpoints Miradouro da Graça e Miradouro da Senhora do Monte located 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Rental Rules:
1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
2.) According to the Portuguese Law, the hours of silence are from 22:00 to 07:00 please respect the neighbors
3.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5)ACCOMMODATION BULLETIN: The SEF accommodation bulletin is mandatory to ALL foreign visitors in Portugal, as it is intended to monitor foreign nationals in the country. All foreign citizens, including nationals of other member states of the European Union, must complete an accommodation bulletin when staying in a hotel, tourist resort, local lodging establishment or similar tourist accommodation.
Check-In / Arrival Instructions:
Check-in standard from Arriving 15:00 PM.
A member of our Team will meet you at the front door of the property building. Please contact us after you pick up your luggage or 1 hour before arrival and we will be waiting for you at the property .

Cleaning:
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival.
A weekly clean with change of linen and towels is included in the price for stays longer than 7 nights. If you need additional cleaning services please let us know at the time of booking.
This service will be charged apart from the booking rate, and its price will vary depending on the property and number of guests.
City Tax:
Please note that a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
