The space
Set amidst a 5-star residential development just a few minutes drive from Na Jomtien Beach, this 6 bedroom villa is set over 3 floors and sleeps 16 people in total. Luxurious and modern in design, conveniently located in a quiet area not too far away from Jomtien Beach, this rental is perfect for large families and groups of friends holidaying in Pattaya.
The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a garden. The garden boasts different relaxation areas and beautiful colours; it is a soothing spot for the mind, body and soul. The private swimming pool has water features, Jacuzzi and a kids section, so everyone in the family can enjoy a different activity while staying in the same area.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, televisions, wardrobe facilities, and air-con. The bedroom located on the 3rd floor also has a large balcony that overlooks the pool and garden. There are 7 bathrooms in the villa, 6 of which are en suite; aside from a shower, toilet and wash basin, the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi as well. The 7th bathroom stands alone and is massive, coming with a large Jacuzzi and also as a place you could have spa treatments.
The living area features lovely pool views and has a very natural feel to it. In the lounge, there is a pool table, large Samsung TV with international channels, and an L-shaped sofa suite. The kitchen is located on the ground floor, near the lounge, and has a 3-ring gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, toaster, and lots of dishware and cutlery.
The neighborhood
Na Jomtien Beach is home to some large resorts, as well as beach bars, restaurants, massage places, and activities such as kite boarding and wind surfing. Being located in Na Jomtien ensures you can easily get to Sukhumvit Road where the shopping centres are just a 5-minute drive away, as are tourist attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market, Pattaya Underwater World and Mimosa.
