The beach house apartment is located on the ground floor of the
beachfront condominium built by the American architect. It consists of
an entrance to the living room with kitchen area, large sofa and table.
The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer.
The living area continues on to a splendid terrace equipped with table
and beds, shower and direct access from the property to the pool. The
apartment offers cleaning service, supply of bed linen and bathroom
only per stay

room follows with two superimposed single beds (a comfortable and
pleasant bunk bed).

double sinks, large shower, bidet and toilet.
Both bedrooms have access to a small courtyard, located at the rear of
the apartment.
The furniture of The Beach House apartment is valuable. There is a
washing machine + dryer, air conditioning, heating. Guests staying at
this luxury apartment will have a parking space in the closed and
underground garage at their disposal.
The condominium provides: private beach with a sun umbrella and two
reserved sun beds, access to the swimming pools, access to the small
wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath.
This is the ideal environment for families looking for a peaceful
holiday. Maximum compliance with the condominium rules is required.
Groups of boys are not allowed. Animals are not allowed.
Sheets and towels are at your disposal in the structure, such as beach
towels.
