Luxury Award Winning villas for holiday rental. Our private pool villas are strategically located in the prime golden precinct of Oberoi, Seminyak, just a 4 minute stroll to Seminyak beach, restaurants, boutique shopping and lovely day spas.

Each of our private pool villas are completed with 2 bedroom/bathroom suites but all can be rented at a 1 or 2 bedroom occupancy rate. If you need just a 1 bedroom villa, we will keep the second bedroom locked during your stay and you will enjoy our spacious villa in complete privacy and only invoiced at a 1 bedroom rate.
