The space
The villa sits in a residential development with many communal facilities. It has spacious area with modern decoration and excellent facilities. The pool terrace has a Thai Sala proving some welcome shade over a dining table with comfortable seats for 4 people and there are 2 sunbeds surrounded by gardens, so you can relax after a dip in the pool.
The living room has the right combination of traditional and exotic designs. It features with a large L-shaped sofa supplemented with Thai-style lounge cushions, a large TV and a DVD player, providing comfort and functionality everyone can appreciate.
This villa comprises of 4 air-conditioning bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms inside and the remaining one is in an annex. The master bedroom has a 4-poster king size bed with canopy and pool views and en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds. The bedroom in an annex has a double bed. There are 3 bathrooms featuring with showers, toilets and wash basins. Two are en-suite with bathtubs. The third one is for guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a wide choice of appliances you need for self-catering such as a refrigerator/freezer, a double sink, an oven, a three-ring stovetop, a kettle and a toaster. The dining room faces towards the pool area. It comes with a 6-seat dining table. You can also dine al fresco on an outside table with chairs near the pool and enjoy the mountain views.

The villa is situated close to Phuket Fantasea and is under 5-minute drive. The estate has communal facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, restaurant and a billiard table. With 1 km distance, there are lots of restaurants and shops. Laem Singh Beach is approx.. 1 km away. Kamala Beach is also a short walk away.
