While both bedrooms feature king size beds, wardrobes, and lush garden views, the master bedroom also has a TV with DVD player, and a safety deposit box. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and with en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a sink, shower, and a toilet. The villa’s outdoor area includes a sizable swimming pool, open air shower, two sun loungers, and a large 4-seat table. The garden is tucked inside a very green area and it offers complete privacy. The house comes with an open plan living area with kitchen and dining. There is an entertainment corner with a couch set, TV, DVD player, and a surround system. The kitchen is of western standards and it comes with an electric stove, mini oven, fridge, kettle and a toaster. The villa’s style is modern Asian, with hardwood floors, beautiful wooden fittings, and striking Asian artwork. Free Wi-Fi and daily maid service are included in the rate. This rental is within walking distance from Bangtao Beach, one of Phuket’s longest and family-friendly beaches. Bang Tao Beach is home to several hip beach clubs such as Catch Beach Club and Xana Beach Club. Phuket International Airport is about 30 minutes away by car. In case you are vacationing with several other families, there are multiple villas of different sizes in the same area for rent.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!
