These attractive, three story and three bedroom Holiday rental villa which is located in the exclusive marina resort of Puerto Calero which is only a fifteen minute car ride from Lanzarote airport, villa Cortjo Mar #22 in a frontline position with fabulous views to the sea. They are located at one end of the promenade that leads to the marina with an array
of international restaurants, bars, cafes and designer shops within a short walk. The villa benefits from stunning front line to the ocean views, air conditioning and WIFI Internet connection.
This light and airy villa is decorated with a bright, modern, contemporary feel. Entrance is into the open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace. A separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering villa holiday.
Each villa has three bedrooms with twin beds placed together. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and one is on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a furnished balcony with fantastic sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and access to a separate shower room.
The third bedroom is on a lower ground floor and has an en-suite shower room. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning which is included in the price.
Patio doors from the living room lead to the sunbathing terrace which surrounds the electrically heated 3.5m x 3m salt water private swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. The upper terrace from the master bedroom has a table and chairs from which to enjoy the views. Alfresco dining will be on the menu everyday as you relax and
take in the beautiful sea views whilst you enjoy your villa holiday in Lanzarote.
Resort and Activities in Puerto Calero
This holiday rental villa is a fifteen minute car ride from Lanzarote airport. Airport transfers can be arranged for you, picking you and your luggage up from the airport and dropping you off at the door of your villa holiday rental taking all the stress out of arriving and finding your way around. Villa holiday makers have a wide verity of activities in Puerto Calero for all the family, cycling in Lanzarote is a great way to see the local area and bicycles can be rented here a great range from mountain to road bikes can be found. If you would prefer to see the Lanzarote at your own pace then we can offer you car hire and the best prices, but if you prefer to slow it
right down then may we suggest the following. Snorkeling along the calm coastline is always a great inexpensive way to connect with Mother Nature's marine life, at the mouth of the marina is a swimming area as the shoreline is quite flat you have different natural rock platforms entry and exit point from the sea.
Fishing from the shore is always a great pastime for young and old alike, sports fishing for larger game such as marlin and big tuna is possible from Puerto Calero, sports fishing charter boats leave daily from the marina.
If you ever wondered what lies beneath the sea, well you can see for yourself onboard the yellow submarine as it takes you to new depths in order to see variety of marine life.
If you prefer to get wet when you dive then you can try scuba diving from one of the local diving schools in Puerto Calero.
If lounging around on board a sailing catamaran listening to the soothing sound of the waves passing by the hull as you make your way to anchor at one of the island wonderful golden beaches for lunch.
You can also hire your own yacht for a day sail and moored up for the after a hard day sailing you can choose which of the many restaurants offering a wealth of international cuisine while you drink your sundowner in one of the Puerto Calero chill out lounges.
